The women’s team will have preseason conditioning starting the second week of January (Jan. 6th). ALL participants must have a cleared physical before participating in workouts and tryouts.
PRESEASON FITNESS SESSION DATES: January 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, 16 (beep test)
Session Location: Meet at the turf
Session Time: 3:45 PM – 4:45 PM
What to bring: Running shoes, water bottle, layers
TRYOUTS will be January 19th – 22nd and the schedule is as follows:
Monday Jan 19th: JV and New Players 9:00 AM-11:00 AM Returning Varsity and Invites 3:00 PM- 5:00 PM
Tuesday, Jan. 20th: All players: 5:15 PM-6:45 PM
Wednesday, Jan. 21th: All players: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Thursday, Jan. 22nd: All players: 3:45 PM-5:15 PM
