The men’s team will have preseason conditioning starting January 6th.
ALL participants must have a cleared physical before participating in workouts and tryouts.

Session Location: Meet at the turf
Session Time: 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM
What to bring: Running shoes, water bottle, layers
