Men’s Preseason Conditioning & Tryout Schedule

The men’s team will have preseason conditioning starting the second week of January (Jan. 6th). ALL participants must have a cleared physical before participating in workouts and tryouts.  Preseason conditioning is highly encouraged.

PRESEASON FITNESS SESSION DATES: January 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23

Session Location: Meet at the track

Session Time: 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM

What to bring: Running shoes, water bottle, layers

TRYOUTS will be January 27th – 31st and the schedule is as follows:

Monday Jan 27th: All players: 5:15 – 6:30 PM

Tuesday, Jan. 28th: JV: 5:15 – 6:30 PM and Varsity: 6:30 – 8:00 PM

Wednesday, Jan. 29th: All players: 6:30 – 8:00 PM

Thursday, Jan. 30th: All players: 6:30 – 8:00 PM

Friday, Jan. 31st: All players: 3:45 – 5:15 PM
