After much consideration I have decided the Wednesday conditioning is counterproductive. The overwhelming majority of our athletes are getting cardio at their training sessions. Therefore, Wednesday sessions are moved to the information center. 345-430. We will be doing Yoga. You can certainly bring a yoga mat if you want but we are on carpet so it shouldn’t be too bad. The goal would be to try to do some exercises and stretching focused on injury prevention.
Booster Club info:
For the girls participating in the pre-season sessions, please bring a check for $50 made out to Walton Soccer Booster Club tomorrow or you can pay via the website.
Please ensure your physicals are uploaded into parent vue. If you have submitted your physical and you would like to know if it has been processed and approved, you can reach out to Coach Wade or Coach Page. The booster club cannot access that information.
As a reminder – the Men’s team will begin pre-season sessions on 11/30.
