Fall Weight Training and Injury Prevention Program

Welcome Back Raiders!
Here is the information on weight training and injury prevention. Jessica Schwartz and Neurosport will be conducting screening in the gym mezzanine area starting at 4:15 on Monday August 20, 2012. Screening will take 15 minutes and is not physically demanding. Based on the results, Jessica will design individual programs to help prevent injury and strengthen our players. Coach “V” will again do the instruction with help from Coach Loughran. This progam is for both the boys and the girls soccer players! The cost is $125.00 for the dates listed below. Checks are made out to Walton Touchdown Club. Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:15am-7:50am is our time slot so please be on time. We will do 19 sessions then begin Phase 3, Speed and Agility with Lilian.
