The end of season banquet will be May 19th at 6:30pm at The Springs Cinema & Taphouse, 5920 Roswell Road, Unit C-103, Sandy Springs, GA  30328

The Springs is a drive-in movie theatre and we have been allocated 95 outdoor spots.  Each car will have a dedicated parking spot in addition to the empty parking space in front of it.

PLEASE BRING LAWN CHAIRS/BEACHCHAIRS/CAMPING CHAIRS IF YOU WANT TO SIT OUTSIDE. We recommend that all players bring chairs so they can sit in the front row closer to the screen.

When you check-in, you will be directed to your row number.  Extended family are welcome to attend -whoever you can fit in your car. The slide show and awards ceremony will be live-streamed on the big screen for all to see and hear. We recommend that senior players carpool to make sure we have enough parking spots.

The menu for the evening was sent via email.  Please scan the QR code on arrival to get your order started. You will need to register online and provide a row number and phone number for the food delivery. All player meals are paid for and each player will receive a gift card at check-in to order dinner. Each family/car is welcome to order from the theatre or bring in food from home.  Please consider supporting this local business by ordering from the theatre.

Drinks and restrooms are located inside the theatre and masks are required for entry.
