Women’s Off Season Conditioning starts January 4th

Conditioning for the Women’s soccer teams will take place from 4:00 – 4:45pm on the following dates in January: 

January 4th, 8th, 9th and 11th.

Meet at the track. Athletes should wear running shoes and appropriate athletic gear.  They are highly encouraged to bring water and should make sure they have eaten a decent lunch and are properly fueled for high intensity exercise.

All athletes must have a completed and cleared physical on file in order to participate.
