Pre-season workouts will begin on October 16th for ANY soccer players interested. Workouts will be on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. They will meet outside of the old gym in the bus lanes, start promptly at 4:15 and last between 45 min to an hour. Players need to bring their own water.

Monday – Strength/Speed/Agility/Endurance training with Coach Bowers – running shoes
Wednesday – training with the ball ran by returning Varsity Players (no coaches will be present during this training session) – soccer attire
Thursday– Strength/Speed/Agility/Endurance training with Coach Bowers – running shoes

These training sessions are optional, but encouraged. Champions train; losers complain. GO RAIDERS!
