Pre-season workouts will continue to be on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday until try-outs. Now that football is over, players should meet in front of Raider Valley and bring sneakers and cleats.  The sessions will start promptly at 4:15 and last between 45 min to an hour. Players need to bring their own water.

Monday – Strength/Speed/Agility/Endurance training with Coach Bowers – running shoes and cleats
Wednesday – training with the ball ran by returning Varsity Players (no coaches will be present during this training session) – soccer attire
Thursday– Strength/Speed/Agility/Endurance training with Coach Bowers – running shoes and cleats

These training sessions are optional, but encouraged. Champions train; losers complain. GO RAIDERS!
